Swedish jewelry designer Efva Attling is conquering foreign shores this year, and those shores are in downtown Manhattan. Her first US shop has opened in the Meatpacking District, and she continues her semi-rough-hewn traditional look with men's and women's pieces meant to provoke thought in the wearer and in observers.
