you order. There are also detailed tasting notes to help
you converse like an expert, as well as historical information,
nutritional facts, and expert advice on sushi culture.
It’s time to expand your horizons beyond the California

like is it proper to stir wasabi into the soy sauce? Are
you supposed to eat the shaved ginger before, after, or
on top of a bite of sashimi?…and what the heck is
