Feeling jet-lagged? Terminal 2 in the San Francisco International Airport is now home to a yoga studio, which opened last week. Any traveler with a boarding pass can make use of the 150-square-foot room with mirrored walls. As the world’s first airport yoga studio you will enjoy a true sanctuary from the stress and noise most travelers must endure in the terminal, at check-in, going through security, and waiting at the gate. The only difference about this yoga studio is that there is no instructor, so you have to reach zen by yourself. Namaste. [CBS]
