Courage Campaign Defends Fair Education Act
Looks like more money is going to be poured into California’s 2012 election again this year over a ballot initiative to overrule SB48 (the FAIR Education Act). The act adds the inclusion of political, economic, and social contributions by gay people to history as part of the California schools’ curriculums. The hope is that these anti-gay groups won’t be able to procure enough signatures to have a repeal even qualify for a ballet initiative (they need 500,000 by Oct. 12). The Courage Campaign has already launched an ad to defend the FAIR Education Act.
